  Lost my phone there after a night of debauchery, staff literally got on hands and knees to help look the next day. Scoured the whole place and found my phone 10/10 great service, awesome management, overall impressed.

  Manager Rita was shrieking at all other employees. Embarrassing them. They were slow and got 4 orders wrong in the time we were there. Including ours. We were going to dine in but the atmosphere was tense loud and uncomfortable

  Ordered my burger with extra ketchup today. Was surprised to see it neatly built with none dripping out or all over the wrapping. Nice to see... (A week later), used self order terminal.
  Waited a good 5 minutes to pay cash. Couldn't have stared down the "guest experience leader" any harder before she decided to stop standing there doing nothing and take my money. Was then served the completely wrong burger. Another delay to go get a new birger made. We not busy, no real need for this crap.UPDATE-order wrong yet again, the kitchen does not seem able to make orders with mods correctly. Reducing to 3 stars.
